GRILL MILKFISH with SWEET SOY SAUCE SEASONING
Ingredients:
* 4 milkfish (@ 600 g), wash, coat with lemon juice
* 200 cc soy sauce
* 5 tablespoons butter
* 10 shallots, thinly sliced
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
* Charcoal (to grill)
Complement:
* 2 pieces of lemon juice, divided
* Tomato sauce
* fresh vegetables
How to make:
1. Melt butter, put the onion, fry for a minute. Enter the milkfish, add salt and pepper.
2. Pour soy sauce and cook until the oil out and mature. Lift.
3. Grilled over coals until fragrant.
4. Serve with tomato sauce, warm rice, fresh vegetables and sliced limes.
